MAPUTO, OCTOBER 22, 2026 — Music producer and network and communication systems engineer Awado Sabiti, known as "Beatkeepa," presented yesterday, October 21, 2026, to the Minister of Education and Culture, Edson Macuácua, a proposal for modernizing school management using artificial intelligence. The initiative foresees the creation of a unique student identification number, allowing tracking of their school journey, producing educational statistics based on Artificial Intelligence, and supporting teachers' career progression based on merit. "We want a more modern education, where technology helps track students, improve school management, and recognize teachers' merit, without replacing the teacher's role," emphasized the Minister. The proposal could contribute to more efficient, transparent, and quality-focused education management.
