With regard to the Audiovisual and Cinema sector, the INICC currently issues the following licenses:

Production License;

Distribution License;

Exhibition License;

Filming License (Filming Permit).

Literary Publishing Licenses;

Record Production Licenses.

With regard to Phonograms, the INICC currently issues the following licenses:

Phonogram Production License;

Phonogram Commercialization License;

License for the Reproduction of Cassette and Compact Disc Covers.

Affixing of Stamps on Phonograms

The affixing of stamps is mandatory for phonograms produced in the country or imported, provided they are intended for distribution within the territory of the Republic of Mozambique, whether for sale, free distribution, or any other form of distribution. Requests may be made by:

Publishers;

Producers;

Distributors;

Retailers;

Importers and exporters of phonograms.

Applicable Fees for Affixing Stamps on Phonograms:

5 MZN for each audio cassette;

7 MZN for each compact disc (CD).
