Affixing of Stamps on Phonograms

The affixing of stamps is mandatory for phonograms produced in the country or imported, provided they are intended for distribution within the territory of the Republic of Mozambique, whether for sale, free distribution, or any other form of distribution. Requests may be made by:

Publishers;

Producers;

Distributors;

Retailers;

Importers and exporters of phonograms.

Applicable Fees for Affixing Stamps on Phonograms:

5 MZN for each audio cassette;

7 MZN for each compact disc (CD).
